STAR Correlations and Fluctuations PWG

Dear CF Experts,

 We are pleased to announce that Toshihiro Nonaka of the University of Tsukuba has agree to serve as the new co-convener of CF with Hanna in place of Xiaofeng. Hanna, Toshihiro and  Xiaofeng will discuss with the PWG exactly how and when the handover will take place.

We thank Toshihiro for agreeing to take on this extra task for STAR, and also warmly thank Xiaofeng for all the work he has done helping coordinate the CF PWG these past few years and ensuring our results and publications were well presented and of the highest quality.
