Hi Toshihiro,

On behalf of Yongcong Xu, Bijun Fan, Li’Ang Zhang, Xialei Jiang and Yige Huang, I’m hereby writing to you to ask if it is possible to reschedule our talks. All 5 of us will give an online presentation in China, and according to the current scheduler, it will be at about 3 a.m. (2:40 - 4:25) in China, which is really inconvenient for us. 

We understand that there are difficulties in balancing the schedule of participation by different countries and different forms of participating, so if it is really hard to coordinate the schedule, we can accept the current timetable. But if the time can still be changed, we are wondering whether you can bring our talks forward?

As you know the STAR Collaboration Meeting approaches and we collect contributions to:
- Joint parallel session for BES-II analysis
- CF PWG parallel session

If you would like to contribute, please let us know the title of your talk and if you will participate in person or remotely.

We note that if your presentation is related to the BES-II/FXT analysis, it is likely to be assigned in the joint parallel session, depending on the number of contributions from the PWGs.
But please let us know in case you have any preference on which session you want to present.
