Dear CF Activist,

Thank you very much for submitting your contributions to Quark Matter. We are very glad that the group is active, and our primary goal is to give as many results as possible a chance to be shown during oral contributions. This means that having 10 oral contributions, we had to merge them, taking into account physics motivation, interpretation of results, and the status of the analysis (how advance / mature the analysis is). After internal discussion, we contacted those who submitted oral contributions for Quark Matter and asked to work on merged abstracts. At this moment it is not necessary to decide about speaker, this can be done once the talk would be accepted. We remind you that within  April 17th – 24th we plan PWG comments and approval.

Please see here what we decided at this moment:

Youquan Qi, Anna Kraeva, Vinh Luong: Measurements of two-pion femtoscopy in Au+Au Collisions at √sNN = 3.0, 3.2, 3.5 and 3.9 GeV from RHIC-STAR +
+ LiAng Zhang: Measurement of kaon-kaon correlation function at high baryon density region in Au+Au collisions -> talk contribution

Yevheniia Khyzhniak: Charged kaon and pion femtoscopy in BES at STAR + Daniel Kincses: Measurements of femtoscopic correlations and Levy source parameters in Au+Au collisions at the STAR experiment -> talk contribution

Xialei Jiang, Ke Mi, Yu Hu: Measurement of d-Lambda correlation in Au+Au collisions from STAR Beam Energy Scan II +
Zhi Qin: Measurement of pΛ Correlation Function at √sNN = 3GeV Au+Au Collisions at RHIC-STAR -> talk contribution

Rutik Manikandhan: Mean pt fluctuations in 3.0 Get fixed target collisions from the RHIC Beam Energy Scan  -> poster contribution

Dylan Neff: Measurements of Local Parton Density Fluctuations from STAR Beam Energy Scan +
Ashish Pandav: Probing the nature of QCD phase transition using fifth and  sixth-order net-proton cumulants from Au+Au collisions at STAR-RHIC -> talk contributions

Toshihiro Nonaka: Baryon-strangeness correlations in Au+Au 200 GeV collisions from RHIC-STAR - talk contribution

All poster contributions are decided to remain posters, at they are now:
1. Yu Zeng: Proton correlation function in Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 3.2 GeV

2. Yu Zhang: Baryon-Strangeness Correlations in 3 GeV Au+Au Collisions from RHIC-STAR Fixed-Target Experiment

3. Jing An, Yingjie Zhou: measurements of proton-Ld and proton-Xi correlation function in Au+Au collisions at 3.2, 3.5 and 3.9 GeV with the fixed-target mode from STAR

4. Bijun Fan: K+K+ correlation function in Au+Au collisions at #sqrt(s_{NN}) = 3.0 - 3.9 GeV

5. Zachary Sweger: Status of the Proton High-Moments Analyses in the STAR Fixed-Target Program from √sNN = 3.2 to 7.7 GeV

We look forward for you regular updates,

Thank you for your cooperation,

Hanna and Toshihiro

Dear CF Colleagues,

Thank you for expressing your interest in submitting a QM contribution.

We have collected all of them and listed under below link:

We have less than 2 weeks to the PWG discussions:
April 3rd – 17th: merging discussion within/across PWGs, and PAs submit merged abstracts to Drupal after converging

We request all interested in submitting the abstract to QM collaborators to present their updated report if the latest update occurred before the last STAR Collaboration Meeting. If you presented during CM or later, we assume that we know the current status, which helps us to work on the merging process. We plan to hear your updates this and next week.

Thank you for your cooperation,
Best regards,
Hanna and Toshihiro

Dear CF Colleagues,

Regarding the upcoming QM conference, we inform people about
April 3rd, 2023 (Monday) is the deadline to express an interest in Quark Matter's contribution to the PWG.

We need to collect all potential contributions before this date via email. Please submit a title and a brief abstract on what you propose to present.

Thanks,
Hanna and Toshihiro
