The important dates are:

• Submission deadline to PWGs (talk and poster) - August 20

• please make the requests for Preliminaries before August 14

, which means we have only three meetings left until the deadline of the preliminary requests:

• July 27
• August 3
• August 10

Please schedule your presentations/updates accordingly, if you plan to show new results at QM.

Dear All,

    The QM 2023 is fast approaching and I know all PAs are busy with the preparations. Please adhere to the timelines below for Preliminary approvals and presentation submissions, so that there is enough time for the conveners and PWGs to review 

Submission deadline to PWGs (talk and poster) - August 20

PWGs should complete the Preliminary request approvals by the week of August 14. PAs, please make the requests for Preliminaries before August 14. Analyses that have the results ready should make the requests for Preliminaries as early as possible, so that all wont be caught up in the last weeks rush
