Hi Hanna,
Both p-L and d-L measurements used simultaneous fits over different centralities (and rapidity for p-L).
When we assume L-L approach is valid, it is a characterize which separates the source parameter and source-unrelated interaction parameters. And, here
the assumption we made is Rg only changed with centrality, and won't affect f0 and d0. So the results we got here are already a "separation" of the source from the final state interaction.
It doesn't matter if it is spin-averaged or spin-separated fit, because once expaned the CF equation, the RG is the same for the S(D) and T(Q) terms. It
will also be the same RG when using only one averaged state(spin average). So once we find a good fit over different source sizes, it is a sign of separation.

Little comment regarding one statement from the summary:
Successful separated emission source from final state interaction in p-Λ & d-Λ correlation functions.
This is valid only from d-\La, as for p-\La you discuss only spin-averaged results. Please remove p-\La from that statement.

Thanks for the nice suggestions and comments, sorry for taking so long to reply.
I realized the text in my slides was a little bit too dense, so I made many changes in the presentation to make it more smooth.The idea is to try to only list the keywords in the text instead of the complete sentence, so people can focus on the key points, and follow my speech instead of reading the text.I applied most of your comments and put my replies for the rest.Please find my slide from the link below.
Besides, we identified a problem in my previous H3L contribution, which made us roughly underestimate the H3L contribution by 33%.
I prepared a document to explain what I did wrong, and what has been changed in the new plots.
All the plots, fittings, and numbers in the latest QM slides are updated with the new H3L contribution.

Please find my comments on your nice talk. Some of them came after yesterday's meeting.
Slide 2:I suggest adding at least a short discussion (and some figure or figures) describing the NS puzzle, explaining briefly why N-N and N-Y interactions are relevant to provide a hint towards EoS for NS. I also propose that the lowest STAR energies lie on the QCD phase diagram closer to the area describing NS that LHC and top RHIC.
Yu: Sure, my plan is actually to quickly go through the NS puzzles, and try to make the slides as simple as possible. So I simplified the text. Since none of the colliders can actually study the NS region, I will just point out this is a "laboratory for dense QCD matter". And I also make the arrow point to critical points now, hope this looks better now 🙂.
Slide 3:As I mentioned yesterday, using PRF, k*defines the first momentum in the pair. Please make sure that all symbols you use are consistent with their definitions.There is no need to spend any time to introduce all these variables during your talk. However, I suggest defining all symbols and variables you mention in this slide.Points of your emission seem to be outside of the source. I suggest moving them and to describe as x_1 and x_2Yu: Thanks for the comments, I added a line on * is pair rest frame, and modified the L-L page accordingly.
I zoomed the carton of the emission source a little bit, now it should cover the particles.
I need your comment about what do you mean by "three-body"? Do you treat d-\La as (p+n)-\La? Do you mean to consider interactions between p and n? I think you treat d as a point object. We need to understand what do you mean to be at the same page.Yu: I was trying to say "d-L" has some information about 3-body since d is a p and n.But you are right, I don't think currently we can do anything or even say anything about it.I modified the text into N(-N)-Y, just to remind people there is information inside it.
Slide 5:
3 GeV -> \sqrt{s_{NN}} = 3 GeV (twice)Gev -> GeV (bottom-left figure)When you mention the high statistics you use, you can mention what exactly to you mean in M.Yu: I plan to put the text as short as possible, and match one line. I believe everyone knows it is sqrt(s_NN), so I removed it.
And yes, I added the number of events in the text.
Slide 7:About corrections, why not mention those when you briefly discuss systematics (later)?Make sure you define all symbols used here.The same comment about emission points as on slide 3.Yu: I think I will quickly go through the corrections usually do, so the later slides I can focus on the physics.Let's give it a try for now, If the rehearsal doesn't sound good in this way, I will change it into another style.
Slide 8:I suggest to change corrections -> systematic uncertainties. Please separate statistical and systematic uncertainties, if possible..Yu: The reason I put "correction" is because most of the items changed the central point not systematical error.I think correction may be better here.
Slide 9:Again, my recommendation is Corrections -> Systematics.Extracted parameters are still missing..Yu: I updated the number with our latest fitting results.
Slide 10:Please check the numbers below k* = 100 MeV/c.. It looks as normalization issues.Yu: The H3L will not be like C(k*) goes to 1 at large k*, it has a peak around 40 MeV and goes 0 around 60 MeVSo after scaling by the experimental mixed events, it is like this way.
Following slides with results: writing for your fitting updates. Please replace these figures as soon as possible.
Summary and outlook:Please consider writing shorter bullets with main physics conclusions instead of whole sentences.Yu: Thanks, I have updated the results and simplified my summary slides.
