Dear All,

Toshihiro Nonaka has asked for health reasons to step down immediately as 
co-convener of CF.

With this email, we are calling for nominations for his replacement. We 
encourage self-nominations and suggestions of other group members who would 
make good conveners of CF. It would help us if you provided a brief 
motivation for your suggestion(s), but it’s not required. Please submit your 
nominations no later than November 8.

Since the approvals for the upcoming WPCF conference will soon be underway, 
and the CF PWG plays a crucial role in the BES-2 net-proton fluctuations 
analyses for collider/FXT energies, we have asked Shinichi Esumi to help 
Hanna where necessary with commenting until we have identified Toshihiro’s 
replacement.

We want to take this opportunity to thank Toshihiro for his leadership over 
the past year!
