Hi All,

1) During this week’s CF-PWG meeting, we will discuss about beam request for run24 (p+p, 510 GeV) and 25 (heavy ion, 200 GeV) followed by analysis status discussions. There are five requested discussion so far. In case we cannot finish them within 1.5 hours, we will continue next week;

2) Enclosed please find the updated timetable, with suggested time slot for each talk, for the upcoming CF-PWG discussions at the STAR Collaboration meeting.
The CF-PWG parallel meeting will take place during Tuesday (03/19) and Wednesday (03/20) and starts at 9:00am everyday. Each talk will be 15” + 5” for presentation and QA, respectively. Please take a look and let us know if there is any talk missing. Also let us know if the suggested time slot does not work for you.
Since we will have lots of materials to discuss, I suggest everyone upload your talk a day before the meeting. This will allow more effective discussion.
It will also be very good if you can go through your talk with your supervisor before the presentation.

Best regards,

Hanna and Nu

PS: We intend to keep the meeting duration within 90 minutes for regular discussions
