Dear Yu,

Thank you for your update. Your materials look to be ready now for the PWGC preview.
I will request it this week. However, I am still unconvinced about treating systematic uncertainties of the extracted parameters like you propose. We should discuss their treatment again.
Let’s leave this discussion and return to this before the GPC formation.

Kind regards,
Hanna

Dear Hanna, and All,

Thanks for the comments, suggestions, and very useful discussions during the last PWG.  We implemented most of them. However, for the Y-label of Figure 2, we prefer to keep the current format. Because if we put d-L inside the plot, it looks a little bit too busy. We will keep this in mind and see which way is clearer once we form GPC.
Please find the updated version of the proposal slides.

Thanks again.
Best,
Yu

Dear Yu,

Thanks for posting materials for the PWGC preview.
As mentioned before, your analysis looks mature and should move forward.

I have a couple of comments to include in your nice preview:

Slide 1: deuteron-\Lambda -> d-\Lambda or deuteron-lambda

Slide 2: the same comment regarding the title

Slide 3: interactions can provide-> interactions provide
Deuteron-\Lambda -> d-\Lambda

Slide 4: it will be helpful if you add cuts/selection criteria not only for events but for tracks and pairs as well

Slide 5: I suggest moving from your backup some content regarding corrections: purity, momentum resolution, contamination from ^3_{\Lambda}H, side-band, and down correction; in the backup, you may leave more details for the potential discussion. Looking at the content of your presentation, you still have time for them, and those corrections are typical for femtoscopy analyses (less for other analyses).
Moreover, it would be good to know how these corrections contribute to the extracted parameters.
More about the L-L approach is also welcome, mainly how you include the separation of spin states.

Slide 6: The same suggestion for other checks that are listed on the botton of your slide.
Moreover, here you mention only the contribution of systematic uncertainties to the data point while they are not less important for the extracted parameters.
More discussion is needed regarding systematic uncertainties included in f0, d0, and R parameters.

Slide 9: I don’t see any systematic uncertainties included in source sizes, please add them.
Y axis: d-\Lambda is not needed (C(k*) is enough)

Slide 10: Please specify what you include: 1\sigma, 2\sigma, etc.

Slide 11: Please add the Bethe formula and explain in more detail how separation energy is estimated here.

Slide 12: You mention that extracted parameters include statistical and systematic uncertainties, but no discussion is provided. Please separate them. It is essential to know how to improve the results if more statistics are included or whether we are restricted with systematics.

Kind regards,
Hanna

Dear Hanna, Nu, and All,

As we discussed during the collaboration meeting, please find the updated paper proposal slides for d-Lambda CF measurement.
We would like to request a PWGC preview if our material looks ok.

Thanks!
Best,
Yu
