Thanks for the valuable suggestions to my preliminary request. I collect the plots needed here:https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/reply.pdf,
please have a look.
1. Centrality in UrQMD should be determined with Glauber fit, as in data.
I found that previously I used charged pions whose |eta| < 0.5 to determine the centrality, and I change it to be |eta| < 1.0, which is the same as in data. The comparison between those two calculations in UrQMD on page 1, whose refmult distributions
are on page 2.
Then I perform the glauber fit to the refmult distribution with |eta| < 1.0, and the comparison between with and without glauber fit is on page 3. The details of the fit are on page 4.
The UrQMD calculations in the following plots are the one with Glauber fit and the condition |eta| < 1.0.
2. Suggestions on the centrality dependence plot:
Page 5. The x-axis is extended to include zero. But I don't fully understand the suggestion to the choice of colors. I tried to make the band show in deeper color. Could you please elaborate a little bit more on this?
3. Suggestions on the energy dependence plot:
Page 6. The UrQMD calculations in both panels are drawn in the same color. FRG calculations are also drawn in the right panel.
4. Suggestions on the deviation plot:
Page 7. The suggestion to this plot that the dotted line connecting those markers should be removed has been well considered. I understand that it may provide a more clear visualization, but I think it may dilute the impression that the middle energy exhibits
a transition. Therefore, those lines are not removed, but they are drawn in different styles. I hope this change can help the visualization. If it still looks a little messy, we can discuss on that.
