Just to keep you appraised, the organizers have extended the abstract deadline to July 5; so, we have a bit more time. That said, the 2-week deadline for abstracts to the PWG is Friday, so we do need to proceed efficiently. Please let us know when you have thoughts on speakers for the overviews from your PWGs. Thank you.

Dear Correlations/Fluctuations and LFS/UPC conveners,
A gentle reminder to send nominations for the ICNFP overview talks for your PWGs. The abstract deadline is June 20 (unless they extend), and so far we have received no nominations from your groups. Remote talks are an option, which should hopefully make this easier. Please send us nominations for the overview talk from your PWG, as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dear PWG conveners,
We have received the annual requests for ICNFP in Crete. Here are the invitations:
- One highlight talk on the results of your collaboration (without results on spin physics), with a duration of 25+5 minutes.
- One highlight talk on the results of your collaboration on spin physics, with a duration of 20+5 minutes.
- Overview talks from every working group (physics, software, trigger/DAQ, detectors, and other) with a duration of 15+5 or 20+5 minutes. Some topics proposed to consider for reviews: CME, Hypernuclei, jets, heavy flavor, quarkonia, ultra peripheral, light flavor, fluctuations, correlations, flow, cold QCD, latest upgrades and detector performances.
- Topical oral presentations on specific topics that you would like to propose, with a duration of 15+5 minutes.
In particular, the STC requests nominations for the highlight and overview talks. Note that in addition to the two highlight talks, each working group has received an invitation for an overview. Please encourage members of your PWG to self-nominate for these, as it has become increasingly difficult to locate speakers who are available to travel.
The abstract deadline is June 20 and the early registration deadline is July 25. As always, thank you for helping us identify speakers for these nice opportunities.
Regards,
Jim for the STC
