Dear All,

As discussed during yesterday's PWG CF meeting, and in line with the
internal STAR deadlines for QM preparation, we kindly request that all
PWG CF members inform us of their intention to submit an abstract for
QM before next week's meeting (Thursday, October 3rd, 9:00 BNL time).
At this stage, we need your name, type of contribution (talk or
poster), and the title.

Once we have the complete list, we will await your abstracts in the
following days. During next week's meeting, we will discuss the full
list of potential candidates.
Thank you,
Kind regards,
Nu and Hanna

Dear All,

Quark Matter has set the deadline for submitting abstracts as
October 31, 2024. We have discussed with the PWGs and the management
team and have decided to have the STAR internal deadline for
abstracts to be submitted to PWGs as October 10, 2024. This gives us
3 weeks to go through the review. Please do follow the deadline in
submitting your abstracts

Best regards,
Sooraj, Barbara
