    Please find my abstract and a summary slide for proton-Xi Correlation Functions in Au+Au Collisions from STAR Beam Energy Scan II:    Abstract:     https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/QM2025_Abstract_pXiCorrelations.pdf    Summary slide:    https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/pXiCorrelations_BESII.pdf    We have finished the correlation measurements and source size extraction at 3-3.9GeV, and we will calculate the proton-Xi Correlation Function with collider mode next time.

Thank you for your intent to contribute to the Quark Matter 2025 conference.

Having a complete list of potential contributions, please proceed with working on your abstracts. We ask that you send your abstract and up to two slides summarizing your intent to the CF PWG email list.

In your slides please include a strong physics motivation, drafts of your critical figures with new results, and a list of items you still need to work on.

Kindly submit these to the CF PWG email list before Tuesday, October 8th.

As discussed during yesterday's PWG CF meeting, and in line with the internal STAR deadlines for QM preparation, we kindly request that all PWG CF members inform us of their intention to submit an abstract for QM before next week's meeting (Thursday, October 3rd, 9:00 BNL time). At this stage, we need your name, type of contribution (talk or poster), and the title.

Once we have the complete list, we will await your abstracts in the following days. During next week's meeting, we will discuss the full list of potential candidates.

Dear All,

    Quark Matter has set the deadline for submitting abstracts as October 31, 2024. We have discussed with the PWGs and the management team and have decided to have the STAR internal deadline for abstracts to be submitted to PWGs as October 10, 2024. This gives us 3 weeks to go through the review. Please do follow the deadline in submitting your abstracts
