STAR Correlations and Fluctuations PWG

Dear Chuan,

Since none of the analysis has been discussed in the PWG, we cannot not 
approve the abstract.
In addition, I would strongly encourage you to focus the effort on the paper 
of “p-p, p-Lamnda and p-Xi- Correlations from 3 GeV AuAu Collisions” 
I hope that you understand our decision. In case you have any problem, please 
let us know.
