only show preliminary result,

if possible, I need to your help and clarification:

As I know,  the eTof–BESII workshop is STAR inner workshop,

So I can show the results that is close to preliminary results.

Please let me know my talk whether is inner talk and only for STAR inner people.

and please tell me can I show non–preliminary results in this inner workshop(I understand).

If I misunderstand, please correct me.

Hi All,

For the STAR Workshop at the beginning of December, our CF-PWG will contribute 7 presentations for public discussions and 2 for discussions within STAR experiment.

As far as I understand, the public ones are more focused on physics issues while the internal ones are more to technical problem.

I would suggest we select those from QM25 abstracts for publications.\

Please comments and we should discuss this during next PWG weekly meeting.

Dear PWG Conveners from LFSUPC, CF, FCV and possibly from HP

While the STAR collaboration meeting Warsaw is on-going this week, I would like

to have the final agenda of the workshop for eTOF + BES-II early December (3-6,

Tue-Fri) towards next QM preparation. The workshop is fully plenary session only

and at BNL in person meeting, while remote participation is accepted for the STAR

members and for these 7 theorists as this is still STAR internal workshop.

The current agenda is attached in this E-mail, as the middle two days Dec/4-5

(Wed-Thur) is dedicated for the open discussions including theorists as you see

7 theory talks are already fixed and shown as red texts. The first day Dec/3 (Tue)

is dedicated for eTOF including general things, and the last day Dec/6 (Fri) is for

the closed talks within STAR collaboration.

So I am asking you to propose topics/title from PWGs, as I already have an initial

list of topics from Yue-Hang on LFSUPC, as you see in blue texts. When you propose

the title and possible speaker names, please also indicate the talk will be open or closed,

as we would like to have mature results to be discussed during the open two days

(Wed-Thur) and 1st and 4th day (Tue, Fri) are closed within STAR. All the STAR talks

are 30 min including discussions, so the actual presentation time would be 15-20 min.
