Dear Hanna,

The radii on slides 15 and 16 are extracted from the correlation functions constructed with the corrected single particle momenta.

The momenta are corrected as follows: pi+/pi- momentum is subtracted/added by a Delta_p value.

These details are shown in the chart on slide 14.

Thank you and best regards,
Vinh

Dear Vinh,

On your slide 15 and 16 you discuss at some point radii after corrections on 3rd body effects.
Can you explain more details how you calculated these source sizes?

Thanks,
Hanna

Dear Hanna and Nu,

Please kindly have a look at our slides prepared for eTOF BES-II Workshop:
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/2024.12.04_eTOF_BESII_Workshop_v3.pdf

The slides are similar to the ones we presented during CF PWG meeting on Nov 21, except one figure on slide 13:
According to your suggestions, for the beam energy dependence of radii, the radii after 3rd-body Coulomb correction are removed from the figure. Only radii before 3rd-body Coulomb correction are shown.

The motivation is to show the decrease of the difference between π+π+ and π-π- with increasing beam energy, which may be related to 3rd-body Coulomb and isospin effect.

We did not request preliminary for this figure because the results should be updated with the new data production with new TPC alignment. However, we expect the new results will not change significantly with the new data production.

Please let us know if you have any comments.

Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards,
Vinh for the PAs
