Thanks for all the comments.
I tried to rearrange all the boxed, index and colours. I also reduce almost all the text and try to make it looks more readable.

Dear Yu
I would sign off your nice poster with a few more comments.
You have numbers in yellow boxes 1 ~ 7 and bling analysis steps I ~ IV, and
some more additional materials in blue boxes A ~ C, where the order could
be a little more organized to make it more easier for the readers to follow?
You use a similar plots as a function of run number or run index in various places,
could it be combined in one place to show/explain them together what the main
feature/aim of the analysis in different steps are.
A general run/time dependent correction can be applied in step-II used mixed
data, while I would like to see how the species dependent correction would be
applied in step-III, especially since one might start to see much finer run/time
dependence only after separating the dataset between beam species.
