  Your draft is already in a good shape. Here are my comments, with 
these included I sign off.

I was wondering if all the figures already uploaded as preliminary on 
drupal page ? If not and if something has changed, can you do the 
needful and send us the link?

General comments: do another proof reading and check for typos, missing 
articles and space before and after the period ".", I've identified a 
few below.

Title suggestions (optional):
STAR measurements on azimuthal anisotropy of φ mesons
in Au+Au collisions at √sNN = 27 and 54.4 GeV

Abstract:
"at centre of mass energy" --> "at centre of mass energies"

"Time Projection Chamber" --> "the Time Projection Chamber"
"Event Plane Detectors" --> "the Event Plane Detectors"

Page 1, last para:
"In this paper" --> "In this contribution" or "In this proceedings"

Page 2, first para:
Clarify that this is the high statistics 27 GeV data from year 2018 and 
not the one from BES-I.

Page 2, second para, period (.) missing:
"(EPDs) The TPC and TOF has full azimuthal" --> "(EPDs). The TPC and TOF 
has full azimuthal"

Page 2:
"the second-order TPC η sub-event plane" --> "the second-order event 
plane from TPC using η sub-event method"

Fig.1: The texts are too small, can you try to increase the size of the 
figures and reduce the empty space? For these kind of latex formats I 
normally put two figures in a ppt file first, adjust the size and then 
make a single file for the figure to be used for latex. You can also try 
to increase the font size.

Page3, first para: Somewhere define what's M_inv.

Page3, Results & Fig.2:
Somehow the systematic errors are not always visible, probably smaller 
than the marker size. Please add a comment somewhere saying which plots 
include systematic errors, what is the main source and point out that 
they are small and therefore not visible wherever necessary to avoid 
confusion.

Page3, Results:
"of non-flow is negligible" --> "of non-flow at these low energies is 
negligible"

Page3, Results: the 62.4 GeV results need a reference.
