Dear FCV members,
  I realized that some of you may not be subscribed to the CME focus 
group mailing list. I would therefore, like to share the first version 
of the isobar paper draft (released to the GPC) with you. Comments from 
non-CME members are welcome as we think they would enrich the paper.

   The PAs have released the first version of the isobar blind analysis 
paper for GPC review:

Color coding:
Black normal font: Main text
Black Bold font: Comments that have not been resolved yet but will be 
fixed by the PAs
Color font: Text and comments that require GPC's intervention
