Dear PWG members

I would like to remind you of our publication policy regarding the timeline of submitting your presentations for approval:
- A nearly complete draft presentation must be posted to the relevant PWG(s) at least two weeks prior to the start of the venue
- the presenter must post the complete presentation to the startalks list at least one week prior to the start of the venue

I would also like to remind the conveners to send out comments and approval within a week, as stated in the publication policy:

- Each convener of the PWG shall post to the respective PWG and to the SD an approval or disapproval of the presentation within one week
