STAR Flow, Chirality and Vorticity PWG

Dear  FCV enthusiasts,

We are pleased to announce that Subhash Singha from the Institute of Modern Physics, China has agreed to serve alongside Jiangyong and Prithwish as the new co-convener of the FCV PWG. Subhash's research has been focused on FCV/BulkCorr topics in particular flow and spin-polarization measurements. His expertise will complement those of the other two FCV conveners. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank ShinIchi again for his contributions and leadership to the working group over the past several years.
