Dear QM presenters,

We would like to bring to your attention that if you are requesting for new STAR preliminary results, please prepare the following materials, upload all preliminary figures in your Drupal blog page and send the link to us. We shall collect all the preliminary figures here:

The deadline for submitting QM presentations is March 7th. Please see the email below from Rongrong regarding the suggested template/style for STAR preliminary figures and STAR posters etc.

Dear QM presenters

Given the large volume of QM presentations, we request you to submit the first draft of your talks/posters on Drupal (https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/node/add/starpresentations) by March 7th.

Here are some information you might find useful in preparing your presentations:
- General guidance for talk/poster preparation: https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/pwg/common/policies/guidances-star-presentations.
- A poster template: https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/QM2022_poster_template.pptx
- Requirements and a template for preliminary figures: https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/pwg/common/Preliminary-figures
- For poster and preliminary figure templates, please feel free to modify them or use your own style as long as all the key information are included.
- Our understanding is that all the posters will be presented online regardless if the presenter is in-person or remote. Please keep this in mind when preparing your poster.

When you submit your presentation on Drupal, please pay attention to selecting proper tags:
- Talk vs. poster
- Hot vs. cold QCD
- Whether it is selected by STC
