Dear Gavin,
I have a few suggestions for your consideration.
Rephrase this line "In heavy-ion collisions, global spin alignment is a preferential alignment of particles’ spin with the large orbital angular momentum produced at the center of these systems".
I feel we don't need these parts in the abstract "Finite elliptic flow (v2) could affect global spin alignment by pushing more particles toward the in-plane direction...will help to remove any potential bias in the measurements.".
Suggest remove "provides a new data set for Au+Au collisions at √ sNN=14.6 GeV" --> We already have 14.5 from BES-I. You can simply mention both 14.6 and 19.6 BES-II data would provide better precision.
I don't understand what do you mean by "helping to clarify the behavior of this
quantity"? You can mention precision measurement will allow more differential studies, e.g. centrality dependence which is not possible for BES-I
"Additionally, the elliptic and triangular flow (v3) of ϕ and K∗0 can be determined with higher precision and for a new collision energy." --> I would suggest saying we will report high precision v3 for ϕ and K∗0 ...
One suggestion, you can probably mention that the comparison of ϕ and K∗0 is interesting because their lifetime differ by factor of ten and the former is less affected by hadronic re-scattering.
