General comments:
I would suggest to get your proceedings proof-read again in your group.
At several places, you used "so-called". I would suggest to remove it.
title: An Overview of flow, chirality and vorticity measurements from STAR experiment
line 22: "After the collision, ... hadronic phase composition." --> Rephrase it. You can try split up the sentence.
line 25: "explore fundamental physics." --> I would suggest specifying which fundamental physics.
line 37: "is one of our modern motivations for more than a decade." --> Remove.
line 41: vortical structure of the medium and it's transport properties
line 42: Conside rephrasing the sentence. Remove "Further". I would rephrase it as: measurements of Xi/Omega polarizations, hyperon polarizations at lower energies mode, ...
line 46: highlight --> present,
recent new progress of --> recent measurements of
line 48: Suggest remove "towards understanding the QGP properties"
line 52: "still the great unsolved mystery," --> why do you think it is great unsolved mystery?
line 58: I would suggest rephrasing:
1) What determines the initial geometry? 2) What are the connection between initial momentum correlation and hydrodynamics? 3) What are the roles of nucleon and sub-nucleon fluctuations?
line 66: What is meant by "pre-flow" here ?
line 68: remove "implementing"
line 69: over-predict the v2, while it can reproduce the v3...
line 70: I would rephrase as: Figure 2 presents the measurement of v3(pT)... and the results are compared to ..
line 72: Suggest rephrase: "v3(pT) show resonable agreement in 3He+Au collisions between STAR and PHENIX."
line 73: Suggest rephrase: However, there is a factor 3-4 discrepancy between STAR and PHENIX ...
line 75: Remove "The main indications from"
line 76: Remove "Of course"
What is meant by "future supplemental task force of the measurements". I would suggest simply mention "future measurements of ..... could provide additional constrains and insights on ...."
line 82-86: "The correlation between flow harmonics....response with the flow coefficient" --> Consider rephrasing the sentence, it is too long.
line 87: "the shape and size of the QGP rely on the fluctuations and the shape" --> Use either ...may rely or can rely on ...
line 88, 90: Consider rephrasing/breaking this sentence into two.
line 92: I don't get the meaning of "surface is expanded in terms of spherical harmonics.".
line 93: Check the sentence "supposed to be sensitive to distinguish"
line 98: add beam energy
line 100: essentially flat --> flat wrt to what ?
line 102: Suggest rephrase: Note that Trento with initial state fluctuations can capture the trend for Au+Au collisions
line 103: add beam energy
line 106: Suggest rephrase: The Rho(v3,pT), which is expected to be fluctuation driven, are almost identical between Au+Au and U+U collision systems across the whole centrality region
line 113: Remove "Additional future ... in the Section ..."
line 122: "measurements only stop at the mean and variance" --> add mean and variance of what?
line 122: "To save the computationally expensive issue" --> To save the computation
line 125: "in detail in Ref.59" --> and detailed in Ref.59
line 130: add a reference for "superposition of the independent source picture"
line 133: define UCC
line 134: mean and kurtosis of pT fluctuations
line 137: Longitudinal Flow Decorrelations
line 142: a broad range of energy dependence --> energy dependence of what?
line 149: define rn(\eta) as the factorization ratio
line 151: a strong decorrelation at 27 GeV --> do you mean it for r3?
line 152: remove "collision enery scan"
155: "2.5. Collectivity at Fixed-target Program" --> Fixed-target Program doesn't have Collectivity. You can rephrase Collectivity measurements at Fixed-target Program
line 158: with higher baryon chemical potential --> at high baryon density region
line 159: "inserting a target into" --> inserting a gold target into
line 162: "Figure 7 shows the  first measurements of the beam energy" --> It is not a first measurement.
line 167-171: "Such phenomenon has been observed by the NCQ scaling from 3 GeV....disappearance of quark scaling in such low energy collisions." --> Check the sentence, do not seem to be a correct statement
line 173: Remove "In the semiperipheral nuclear collisions,". The following statement is true for other centralities as well.
line 175: Right panel of Figure 8 reports
line 178: What is meant by "the opposite direction between"
line 181: Relativistic heavy-ion collisions can create the strongest
line 182-184: "An imbalance between the numbers ... in such strong interacting ..." --> You should mention under strong B field here
line 194: The details of the observables for CME search can be ...
line 202: What do you mean by locally vortical fluid?
"non-rapidity dependence" --> uniform rapidity dependence
line 215: increased vorticity of the system
