STAR Flow, Chirality and Vorticity PWG

Dear Convenors and all,

  At the last FCV meeting (March 9, 2022), I have presented my 
preliminary plots for QM2022 and all my plots have been approved. You

  This time, I updated my preliminary plots:
    (1) Add a global polarization point (20-50% centrality) to the 
graph.
    (2) Combine global polarizations with centrality of 0-5% and 5-10% 
into 0-10% centrality.
