Hello Subhash, 

Thanks for your comments! Here is my answer:

  1. This is a very good question! We shouldn't expect v1{RP} to be the same as v1{EP} because: 1) v1 depends on the initial geometry of the overlapping region, in other words, Psi1 isn't necessarily the same as the impact parameter direction. Therefore, we actually expect |v1{EP}| to be bigger than |v1{RP}|. 2) there are all kinds of non-flow effects in UrQMD too, which will make v1{EP} differ from v1{RP}, it is hard to predict how they will influence v1 though (increase or decrease). I plotted both UrQMD v1{EP} and v1{RP} because I think the difference is also an important physics message.  
  2. I mentioned the low pT cut in my poster

Dear Xiaoyu,

Your plots look very nice. I have following comments:

1. On your figure 1(version 1), why the two lines of UrQMD are
different? I assume if you do resolution correction,
UrQMD{true-reaction-plane} and UrQMD{event-plane} should be same, right?
Can you please comment on this.

2. On your figure 2, v1 vs eta-y_{beam}, I would mention pT cuts for
charged hadrons from STAR and if applicable for other data points as
well.
There should be space before GeV in the legends.

3. Please consider suggestions from Reviewer's on your poster, if you
haven't done so.

Otherwise I am fine with everything else.
