STAR Flow, Chirality and Vorticity PWG

Dear Kosuke,

Please ask Daniel Cebra or Zaochen for the final numbers and update the table.
At least I cannot find ~2.1B events for 3GeV FXT in 2021. Also your number 
“267M(Run18)” seems different from the number in the slides that you pointed 
out. It says 155M which is consistent with the last BUR. How did you get the 
number? Is it the number of good events?
