Dear Prabhupada,

Thanks for this update.
For the phi v2, the systematic errors on 1st and 5th points are large 
compared to others. Can you comment on that. It look odd that 
systematics on BES-II is larger than the BES-I.

I see you are using Barlow check for systematic error estimation. Are 
you using it for all the variations listed on slide#7? You shouldn't use 
it in case of method and residual background variation.
