Hi Dhananjaya,

Nice slides. Here are a few suggestions for your consideration.

Try to use uniform style for journal references (author, journal etc).
slide#4: Title: remove BES-II.
The detector figure looks blurry, please replace with a better 
resolution.
Bullet on right: It would be better to discuss event plane after 
correction, how you flattened the event plane, event plane resolution 
etc details than uncorrected event plane (non-uniform) distribution.
slide#11: first bullet: charge dependent
