 Here are my minor comments on your nice proceedings.

General: You need an extra space between the words and the reference. So please check and change as follows: "ABCD[]" --> :ABCD []". Change "high energy" -->"high-energy" everywhere. Try to write "\sqrt{s_{_{NN}}}=19.6 GeV" instead to just "19.6 GeV".


line 7-8: "in BES-II 19.6 GeV and 14.6 GeV at STAR," -->"in 19.6 GeV and 14.6 GeV Au+Au collisions, from STAR"

line 10: "flow has been built up" --> "flow is built up"

line 17: "has been built-up" --> "is created in high-energy heavy ion collisions"

I think it's better to revise the sentence as follows: "With the BES program, RHIC collisions can cover an energy range of 3.0-200 GeV that provides the lever-arm to vary the baryon chemical potential over the range of XX-YY"

net baryon chemical potential --> baryon chemical potential.

line 26: "plane, often referred to" --> "plane is referred to"

line 32: Remove "primarily" and change "from the early stages" --> "of the early stages"

line 36: add "we apply criteria such as" before "p_t>0.2 GeV/c"

line 45: "The K_S^0, \Lambda,..." --> "The strange hadrons such as K_S^0, \Lambda,..."

line 46: "\phi mesons" --> "The \phi mesons"

line 51: "identified particles" --> "the identified particles"
