STAR Flow, Chirality and Vorticity PWG

Hello Subhash,

I apologize for the late submission of my proceedings. I have removed the 
figure 4 as you have asked and updated the text accordingly. In figure 3 I 
have updated the BES-I points with the most recent results. The BES-II 
results reported in these proceedings are still those that were reported at 
the time of SQM, but since the conference, I have received different results. 
The change in my results is from the same source as the change in the BES-I 
results. Should I still report on what was presented at the conference?
