Nice proceedings. I have a few suggestions below for your consideration:

l#8-9: density,
in a deconfinement state..
This stage of matter is called

l#11:  QCD phase diagram

l#14: initial stages

l#20: vn equation needs a resolution factor

l#23: In these proceedings,

l#31: was taken within ±40 cm from the center of TPC

l#38: mention hit points in TPC..
"greater" --> larger
add a comma after ... 14, and ...
"should be" --> is

l#42: time projection chamber --> Time Projection Chamber
BTW, you can define Time Projection Chamber in the beginning and then 
simply use TPC/TOF in the rest of the texts.
mass-squared (m^2)

l#46: were divided in two pseudorapidity intervals

l#49: Recentering ant shifting corrections ...

l#54: presented in ...
charged particles, respectively.

l#56: less than --> smaller than
greater than --> larger than

l#57: please rephrase. Do you mean here, the features of elliptic and 
triangular flow are similar ?

For Figure 1 and 2: suggest to use same style BES-I and BES-II for 
legends instead of run-18, like you did for rest of the figures.
