Nice abstract. I sign off with a few suggestions

Mention Beam Energy Scan-II in the title.
l#2: add a space between (QGP) and in
li#5,7: I would sugggest reordering of sentences. First define v2: "The
elliptic flow is defined as ....". Then say "It is sensitive to ..."
l#10: Mention BES-II
l#11: be compared with that of ...
Number of constituent quark (NCQ) scaling
l#12: will be investigated by comparing v2 results between 19.6 and ...
l#15:μB --> baryon chemical potential
