Hi, Ashik and all :

Sorry I couldn't attend yesterday's FCV meeting, but I have listened to the ZOOM playback. 

Along the way when this paper was presented in pwg and as a QM talk, we heard from time to time the argument "as along as we write down clearly the assumption, then it should be ok".  I find myself can hardly get by this argument for this particular case. Yes very often when we don't have measurement for an ingredient, we have to take assumptions. We all do that including myself.   But here, the assumption is the perfect NCQ scaling, which is already known to be not true. Why do we take a knowingly false assumption ?  Furthermore, we have our own measurement for \Delta q = 0, so why we take an assumption when we have our own measurement ? Note that taking that assumption is equivalent to eliminating our statistical error for that particular data point, and I don't think it is the right thing to do.
