  Happy new year!!

I would like to thank you and everyone who helped us find our third 
convener.

It's been my real pleasure to work with Jiangyong for the past two and a 
half years. His expertise was crucial to the success and high 
productivity of the FCV group. I hope he'll continue to be around to 
share his experience.

Welcome, Zhenyu! Thanks for agreeing to take over this responsibility. 
Your expertise will be extremely beneficial for this working group.
