Dear All,

As you may have seen in the email from Rongrong that that we plan not 
promise any results  for the upcoming Quark Matter conference, if your 
analysis require embeddings and those samples are not produced or not 
fully vetted. Therefore, we would like to collect inputs from you.

If you are planning to submit a Quark Matter abstract and your analysis 
require embeddings, please fill up the following doc file:

3) Embedding plans
Embedding meeting on Thursday 10 am BNL time: PAs should report timely 
their QA results on embedding
Mailing list: https://lists.bnl.gov/mailman/listinfo/starembd-l
Collect list of embedding requests needed for QM -> input for discussion 
of priorities
NOT to promise any results in the QM abstracts if the embedding sample 
is not produced or at least not fully vetted
Conclusions:
- Everyone is encouraged to subscribe to the embedding mailing list and 
join the weekly meeting
- It is important to provide timely feedback to the embedding team for 
an efficient production of the embedding sample
- Conveners will inform PWG members to submit embedding requests needed 
for QM abstracts
