Dear Qiang,

Nice slides. I have a minor few comments for your consideration:

s#6: I would suggest removing of 4th bullet here and explain SHE on s#8.
Also consider adding other references on theory developments on local 
polarization, e.g. Becattini et al ...

s#8: Suggest to rephrase the last bullet: New proposal of probing 
baryonic Spin Hall Effect in heavy ion collisions via local lambda 
polarization

s#11: Add beam energy, collision systems, analysis selections etc for 
these both the figures

s#15: You can consider drawing this figures with Y-axis same scale as in 
s#16. So these two slides can animate.

s#16: Mention P_z^{net} measured is of negative sign for 19.6 and 27 
GeV. Also in summary slide.

Suggest removing back up slides, those are probably internal to STAR.
