Dear Conveners,
I have submitted by abstract in the submit material link at https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/presentations/. Link to abstract

https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/presentations/Quark-Matter-2023/Exploring-Electromagnetic-Field-Effects-Charge-dependent-Directed-Fl

As this submission does not show while searching in the webpage(https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/presentations/), can you please let me know if there is another place to submit the abstract?

Thanks,
Aditya

Dear All,

Thank you for your interest in submitting QM abstracts:
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/subhash/Intent-submit-QM2023-abstract-FCV

We received many excellent abstracts, and while we appreciate all of
them, STAR management has requested that we merge and reduce the number
of abstracts. This will minimize the possibility of merging proposed by
the QM organizers that will not be in our hand. We understand that this
is a difficult task, but after discussing among the conveners and
between working groups, we believe that merging some abstracts will make
them stronger and increase their chances of being accepted as a talk.

We kindly request that you work together with other contributors to
prepare a merged abstract and submit it to the Drupal page by April 17th
(https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/presentations/)

If there are any issues with reaching an agreement on the final speaker,
we can discuss it further with the management and star-talk committee.

Please keep in mind that if your contribution is merged, there is still
a chance of submitting it as a poster, so please consider this
possibility.

Thank you again for your submission, and we appreciate your
understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Best regards,
FCV conveners
