Dear Niseem, Gaoguo,

Nice abstract. I sign off with two minor suggestions:

It might be good if you can indicate the energies (or range) where you plan to perform these studies. e.g. 7.7 - 39 GeV.

l#14: Gavin ansatz --> ansatz proposed by Gavin et. al.

Thanks and regards,
Subhash

Comment:
Nice abstract! Overall, it's well-written and informative. However, I think
the current version of the abstract needs to be revised to make it more
appealing and competitive by emphasizing what is new. Additionally, slight
restructuring can enhance the flow and coherence of the abstract with minimal
modifications. The format of defining observables in the reference is not
very convenient, we should put them back in the main text.

Following are my comments for you to consider.

I think the title is too general. Here is an alternative proposal:

"Characterizing initial- and final-state effects of relativistic heavy-ion
collisions"
-->
"New Constraints on 3D initial state and transport parameters of QGP using
the Beam Energy Scan phase II data of STAR"

"for the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP)" --> "of the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP)
medium"

"is a major objective" --> "is one of the major objectives"

Overall, I suggest you revise the first sentence as:

"Constraining the three-dimensional structure of the initial state and
transport properties, such as the shear viscosity to entropy density ratio
($\eta/s$), at different temperatures ($T$) and baryon chemical potentials
($\mu_B$), is a critical objective of heavy-ion programs at RHIC and the
LHC."

I would bring line 15-16 after thte first line with a minor revision:

"These results are obtained from a comprehensive set of measurements for
various shape and centrality selections of Au+Au collisions at RHIC BES-I and
BES-II energies."

-->

"In this contribution, we present comprehensive measurements on both topics
for various event shapes and centrality selections of Au+Au collisions at
RHIC BES-I and BES-II energies."

"various shapes" --> "various event-shapes"

After this line, we should put lines 10-12. There are three types of
variables that are sensitive to the initial state, final state, and both. I
would separate them and highlight the individual aspects separately.

"We present the first measurements of the beam energy dependence of
higher-order flow-angular correlations/de-correlations and flow-magnitude
correlations, which provide insights into the heavy-ion initial conditions."
-->
"We present new measurements on the beam energy dependence of higher-order
flow-angular de-correlations ($r_n(\eta_a,\eta_b)$) that are sensitive to the
3D-initial state."

After this line add:
"We also study previously unexplored observables that are selectively
sensitive to the viscous attenuation in the final state, such as the
transverse momentum correlator $G_2(\Delta\eta,\Delta\varphi)$ [1]. We
observe a non-monotonic behavior in the longitudinal width of
$G_{2}(\Delta\eta, \Delta\varphi)$ with the collision energy, which is
expected to be proportional to $\eta/s$ according to the Gavin ansatz [1]."

Please correct the typo:
"the transverse momentum
correlator G2(∆η, ∆∆φ)" --> "the transverse momentum
correlator G2(∆η, ∆φ)"

We can revise the statement about the other observables as:
"We further explore observables based on two- through n-particle correlations
$\langle\cos(a_{1}n_{1}\Psi_{n1}+\cdots+a_{k}n_{k}\Psi_{nk})\rangle$, as well
as flow-magnitude correlations SC(n,m){2} and SC(n,m){4}, which are predicted
to be sensitive to both initial and final state effects."

The following line suits very well as the next sentences (I'd leave them as
they are):
"We compare our findings ..... hydrodynamic calculations. Through our
analyses, ......
