Second round of comments:
"Quark chirality effects" does not make it clear what you are referring to.  
It can mean a lot of things like "creation of chiral quarks in the medium",  
"the restoration or breaking of chiral symmetry", "The change of quark  
chirality due to UA1 symmetry breaking". I guess we're after the last one, or 
 
maybe all, so we should probably specify. How about something along the line  
of my previous suggestions?

"the hypothetical Chiral Magnetic/Vortical Effect" sounds a bit pessimistic.  
How about "the predicted Chiral Magnetic/Vortical Effect"

"us systematically evaluate" --> "us to systematically evaluate
