Hi, Shengli

1) All of the picoDsts are on disk. They are 100% on NFS in addition to the 
~90% on distributed disk (local storage) that you point out. As long as you 
request storage!=hpss, you should have access to all the picoDsts.

2) I have tried repeatedly to get the ~90% on distributed disk up closer to 
100% but have no succeeded.
