Thanks a lot for the discussion today. I confirmed the sign in the subtraction should be always minus independent of harmonic. I have updated today’s slides with this fixed:

With this change, now we see a large positive single particle v3 after c1 scaling subtraction though uncertainties are large. This could also indicate

the over-subtraction as was seen for v22 vs multiplicity and pT.

For the Nch scaling method, the v3 value is slightly changed but the overall conclusion remains the same.
