Dear Prithwish, All,
It will also be good to identify variables of interest to the PWG for run time QA. We shall be doing the run time QA through the QA group meetings for this year's run as well. A list used for BES-II from the different PWGs are here https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/pwg/common/bes-ii-run-qa. Please have a look and suggest edits or additions that reflect the run conditions, detectors and physics program for this years run

thanks and regards,
Sooraj

Dear FCV folks,
As we have previously discussed, FCV has expressed a strong interest in
conducting various physics analyses using the Run 23 dataset.

As a crucial step, we kindly request everyone to take a quick look at
the fastoffline data.

To access the fastoffline datafiles, please use the following links,
which are regularly updated every 5-10 minutes to ensure you have the
most recent file list:

Picodst:
https://www.star.bnl.gov/protected/fcv/ptribedy/phn/fastoffline_picodst_run2023.list

MuDst:
https://www.star.bnl.gov/protected/fcv/ptribedy/phn/fastoffline_mudst_run2023.list

Additionally, FCV is particularly interested in two specific event
classes from the dataset:

     The Minbias zdc trigger dataset:
         Trigger id: 900001
         File stream: st_physics_*

     The inclusive photonuclear trigger datasets:
         Trigger ids: 4, 5, 38, 39, 40, 41
         File stream: st_forphoto_*

On behalf of the FCV group, we kindly request that you review the data
and provide your valuable feedback. If you have any questions or need
further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

You're also welcome to present you findings at the upcoming QA board
meeting on Friday.

Thanks and regards.

Best regards,
Prithwish
(on behalf of the conveners)
