Dear Cameron
I think what you say is correct, which comes from Psi1 (mostly from
spectator).
I meant more about v3{Psi3} measurements, which would also be affected by
what you
are observing with v3{Psi1}. But we would also need to consider there might
be some
contribution from the fluctuation by the relation between participants and
spectators.
