Hi Helen,

We have some studies on the transverse area of isobar collisions in Trento model (a variation of the Glauber model) in the following paper:

https://arxiv.org/abs/2111.14812
https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevC.108.L011902

The overlap area is defined as Eq.(5) in the paper. I can provide the values to you if this is what you want.

with best regards,
Haojie

Hi All,

Sorry for the email blast I was wondering if anyone has run the
Glauber model for our Isobar data and extracted the Glauber estimate
of the transverse overlap area? I don’t think this is done yet for
our official calculation but I was wondering if anyone has done this
calculation privately? I know there are many assumptions that go into
this estimate but I’d still be interested in the values for our
centrality bins if anyone has them.

Thanks

Helen
