STAR Flow, Chirality and Vorticity PWG

Dear Conveners,

Please provide comments and suggestions on the recent non-spin STAR 
highlight talk selected by STC to be presented at upcoming conference 
PIC 2023.
The conference start from 10 oct, 2023. The shedule of talks is not yet 
finalize but preliminary presentation date is 12 oct, 2023.

Also, I would like to present it in the PWG meeting for rehearsing 
purpose and suggestions.
