Yes, this conclusion is based on the paper of STAR, Phys. Lett. B 827, 137003 (2022), there are only piKp.

While one of the lambda points and K0S points are positive, so I shorted the text to 

“NCQ scaling is absent for identified particles at √sNN = 3 GeV Au+Au collisions.”
