Dear All,
    Please find the list of final Quark Matter abstracts submitted to PWGs here https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/pwg/common/upcoming-conferences-deadlines/2025-QM. Please let us know if any of the abstracts are missing 

We have indicated the proposed tracks to submit the abstracts to. If you wish to submit to a different track than indicated, please let us know before Wednesday, 11/13

Please note that the word limit for abstracts is 350 words. Please ensure that your abstract is within the word limit. 

All the abstracts for oral presentations will be submitted by the PAC. Once approved by PWG and PAC, please upload a text version in latex format of your abstract to the drupal page.

Poster abstracts should be submitted by PAs themselves, once approved by the PWG and PAC
