Dear star-fcv-l AT lists.bnl.gov members,

Comment:
Dear Yunshan,

Nice abstract. I have a few suggestions for your consideration:

l#10: I suggest using notation same as previous: \Delta_gamma^^112_ESS and
add a reference to ESS study.

l#10-12: The spectator plane is reconstructed using the Event Plane Detector
(EPD) or Zero Degree Calorimeter (ZDC) to estimate the magnetic field
direction. A large pseudorapidity gap between the EPD or ZDC and the
particles of interest helps minimize nonflow contributions. (In present
version it seems to be me that magnetic field and nonflow are mixed up, also
note that "determine" may imply an exact measurement). Please feel free to
rephrase the above sentence.

l#13: After flow related background suppression or flow background
suppression
"an intriguing" --> a non zero

l#15: can we add mid-central collisions or 20-50% centrality to be specific;
Also I would suggest to remove: "possibly related to the CME," instead IMO we

stick to 3 sigma on \Delta_gamma^^112_ESS, which is our experimental
observation.
l#16: "Below 10 GeV and at 200 GeV," --> in stead can you specify the beam
energies and say \Delta_gamma^^112_ESS is consistent with zero

I sign off with these addressed.
