Dear all,

This is a friendly reminder of the F2F meeting for forward silicon tracker on
March 31 Sunday. We would like to understand the status and plan of each
topic, but since the time is also limited, please make the presentation
concise .

Te-Chuan has kindly agreed to help us to order the lunch delivered to the
meeting room. If we need more time after 12pm, we will be able to continue
our discussions until the Forward Upgrade meeting start at 1pm.

Have a safe trip for those who need to travel and look forward to meeting you
at BNL.
