Hi Jianing,

I will need 3 sets for the gluing test. Thanks a lot.

Cheers,
Yi

Dear All,

Could you please tell me how many new hybrids and T-board (v2.1) you need?

Then I can negotiate with the vendor about the price.

  Thanks!

Best,

Jianing

Gerard, do you have comments on these new designs? If not, Jianing will go ahead to submit the designs to vendors.

Jianing, while you wait for Gerard’s confirmation, perhaps you can already start the paperwork with SDU.

Thanks,
Zhenyu

Dear All,

After discussion with Zhenyu and Yi, the final design of the new hybrids and T-board (v2.1) is finished.

The document and some output files (CAD, BOM, and Assembly drawing) can be found in the following link: https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/jndong/190619document-dimensions-and-output-files-new-hybrids-and-t-board-v21 .

And they are also uploaded to the WIKI.

If you find anything incorrect, please let me know.

  Thanks!

Best,

Jianing

Dear all,

Sorry for the very delayed reply. We actually modified the mechanical structure 2 weeks ago, but I kept forgetting to share them with you.
Please check the positions/locations of the hybrids and chips.

* The locations of the connectors on the T-Board are good for us.

Cheers,
Yi
